Known issue (resolved): Error uploading individual non-business payment summary report to MyStaffInfo using alpha code filters (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the Australian release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when uploading the Individual Non-Business report to MyStaffinfo, a message 'No results were generated' is displayed if selecting employees by Alpha Code in the report filters.

Workaround

Use 'Code' instead of 'Alpha Code' to filter employees or do not filter employees at all so that all employees are uploaded to MSI.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12843761237 has been created for this issue and has been resolved in the 2013.02 service pack release.
