Known issue 2014.02 (resolved): EMPDUPE file not showing employees doing 100% salary sacrifice for superannuation (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Payroll version 2014.02 for Australia.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when an employee has done a salary sacrifice for Superannuation purposes of 100% of their annual earnings, the Individual Non-Business Payment Summary report prints correctly for the employee but the employee is not included in the EMPDUPE.A01 file created from the Electronic File report. 

Workaround

The only workaround would be to discuss with the ATO regarding manually filing the Payment Summaries or any other options the ATO can provide.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 111194791994 and resolved in version 2014.04.
