Known issue 2015.03: Costing analysis report sub-totals not displayed (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB EXO Employer Services Support in the Australian release of EXO Payroll version 2015.03 (and prior versions).

Issue

Support has confirmed that Costing Analysis Report sub-totals might not be displayed in some circumstances.

When using this report with "Sort Order 1" set to one of the Analysis Levels, data is grouped by Cost Centre Code (for the Analysis Level chosen) with a Sub-total line for each Code-group.

The Sub-total line might not appear for some codes. This seems an uncommon situation that might result from a combination of Cost Centre structure and numbering.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 128499167292 for resolution in a future release.
