Known issue 2017.04: Error 1806 when creating superannuation summary report to CSV or Excel (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll Australia version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when creating the Superannuation Summary report to CSV Output or Excel Export, selecting all fields will get the “Error 1806 SQL: Column ‘NTAXRATE’ is not found” message. 

Workaround

Unselect the ‘Payroll Tax Rate’ item by moving it to the left hand column and the report creates the file with no errors occurring. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 147590890385 for resolution in a future release.
