Known issue (resolved): General ledger export not exporting employer superannuation contribution (New Zealand)

Issue

When trying to Export the Exo Payroll General Ledger to another package the Employer Superannuation contribution is not included in the export even though the deduction for the Employer Superannuation contribution has a valid General Ledger code.

Reason

The deduction type of Employer Superannuation excludes the contribution from being reported in a number of reports, one of which is General Ledger.

Workaround

The Employer Superannuation contribution will need to be manually entered into the package the GL Export is going to.

Resolution

Service Management Record 11976489429 has been raised for this issue and has subsequently been resolved.
