Known issue 2012.03: Printing pages in MyStaffInfo using the browser's print option not showing information
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo MyStaffInfo version 2012.03.
Issue
Support has confirmed that when printing some pages in MyStaffInfo using the browser's Print option, the printout shows some details such as the Group and Employee fields but does not show the main detail of that page.
Workaround
Rather than using the Print option of the browser, take a screenshot using the Print Screen button (could also be called PrtScn) then paste that screenshot into another program such as Microsoft Paint and print the page from there.
Resolution
Assigned to Product Development to be resolved in a future release.
