Known issue 2017.04: Salary may not be reduced correctly when importing leave from MyStaffInfo

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the Australian version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when importing leave from the MyStaffInfo Console into a pay for a Salary employee, the Salary figure may not be reduced correctly.

The Rate and Amounts of the leave being paid are correct but the Gross Taxable Earnings of the pay may be higher than normal by a few cents. 

Workaround

In the Current Pay, go to the Leave Management screen for the employee then click on Save. When the Reduce Salary screen appears, click on the Reduce Salary button and the figures in the pay will change.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 155010816524 for resolution in a future release.
