Known issue 2014.04 (resolved): Birthday reminder notes not appearing for all users specified in reminder setup (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Payroll version 2014.04 for Australia.

Issue

Support has confirmed that the Birthday Reminder note generated automatically by the Payroll is only assigning as Recipients the user who was logged in when the note was generated, even though the setup of the Birthday Reminder notes has multiple users specified as Recipients.

Workaround

Once the Birthday Reminder note has been created, manually alter the Recipients to include all users who are to see the Birthday Reminder notes.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 113529268355. Issue resolved in version 2015.01.
