Known issue: Daily rule cannot be reset to a null cost centre code

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Time and Attendance 2017.03 and Australian release 2017.04.

Issue

Support has confirmed that once a Daily Rule has a cost centre code added, the code field cannot be made blank again (but can be changed to a different code).

Daily Rules work OK without a code. Some clients might wish to us a blank / null code, because a "pre-set" code over-rides the default cost centre set in employee records.

Workaround

Until resolved, please contact your present support channel (either a Business Partner or MYOB Exo Employer Services Support) if code needs to be removed from Daily Rule.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 150717412950.
