Known issue 2014.04 (resolved): Payslip report for standard pay contains duplicate lines (Australia)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2014.04.
Issue
Support has confirmed that when printing the Payslip report with the 'Pay Type' set to Standard and the 'Pay Frequency' set to Any, the Payslip shows duplicate lines.
This situation occurs when there are employees in the Payroll 'company' with different Pay Frequencies, e.g. some employees set to Weekly with other employees set to Fortnightly.
If all employees in the Payroll 'company' have the same Pay Frequency then this situation does not occur.
Workaround
Running the Payslip report when the 'Pay Type' setting is "Standard" and a Frequency has been specified (Weekly, Fortnightly, etc.) will give correct results.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 115731157161 for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2015.03.
