Known issue 2017.04: Adding a new deduction is not applying correct identifier in table (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll Australia version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when adding a new deduction, the unique identifier (DECODE) in the DEDUCT table is not being updated correctly and is showing 0 instead of the correct number. 

Workaround

Manually update the DECODE field in the DEDUCT table with the correct numbers and check the NEXTKEY table to make sure that the last number used matches what is specified in this table.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 149436099774 for resolution in a future release.
