Known issue (resolved): Error 13 "Alias is not found" when clicking the Direct Credit Transfer button in a one-off payment (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in AU Exo Payroll version 2012.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that selecting the Direct Credit Transfer button for a second time from within the One-Off Payment screen in ES Exo Payroll 2012.01 produces an error 13 warning.

Error 13 Alias is not found
Problem "onepay.save_sgpaydate"

Workaround

Ignore the error on the two screens presented.

Resolution

Currently escalated to Development via Problem Ticket # 12181695397 and resolved in version 2014.02.
