Known issue: Weekly group settings not being applied correctly in pay period times

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Time and Attendance for both Australia and New Zealand.

Issue

Support has confirmed that in Pay Period Times for an employee, when the "Total" hours for a Rate do not exceed the Maximum figure entered in the Weekly Group for that Rate, the hours of the following Rate are not being reduced to "top up" this earlier Rate.

This means that the units processed for an employee can be incorrect relative to the setup of the Weekly Group assigned to the employee.

Workaround

Manually alter the units appearing in the Wages screen of the Current Pay in Exo Payroll.

Resolution:

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 113957686619 for resolution in a future release.
