Known issue 2017.04: Superannuation and How Paid screens empty when creating a one-off pay from the pay list screen without copying the standard pay details (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the Australian version 2017.04.


Support have confirmed that in Exo Payroll, when a One Off Pay is created from the Pay List screen and the Standard Pay details are not copied then the Superannuation item(s) do not appear for the employees, while the Direct Credit account details may also not appear in the How Paid screen. 


Manually enter the details in the Superannuation and How Paid screens or use the Reset button to reset the pay to Standard Pay for the employee(s). 


This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 152549172563 for resolution in a future release.
