Known issue 2014.04 (resolved): Standard pay's PAYG value displaying incorrect figure in reports (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2014.04.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when printing a report for the employee's Standard Pay, such as the Paysheet or Trial Balance reports and the employee is on a Pay Frequency other than Weekly then the PAYG figure can show a higher than expected amount.

This is occurring when moving between employees in Employee Maintenance by using the function keys but are not in the Standard Pay tab when doing this.

Workaround

Be in the Standard Pay tab when moving between employees in Employee Maintenance or saving from an employee. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 115068354452. Resolved in version 2015.01
