Known issue 2018.03: Post code can change after MyStaffInfo synchronisation

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll 2018.03.

Issue

A postcode with a leading zero (say 0812) can be entered and saved within an Exo Payroll employee maintenance record. If employee is a "MyStaffInfo user", the synchronisation process will remove the leading zero, leaving an invalid postcode (so 812 in this example).

Workaround

Postcode can be edited in employee maintenance record - but will revert following synchronisation

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 166144595175 for resolution in a future release.
