Known issue (resolved): Error 1 when accessing cost centre structure names menu item in EXO Time and Attendance (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed when accessing the Cost Centre Structure Names item in the Job Costing section in the Maintenance menu an "error 1 File 'ccparts.spr' does not exist" message occurs.

If you click on the Ignore Error button, the error message disappears and you are taken back to the main screen of Time and Attendance.

Companies using this area of Time and Attendance will not be able to add new names or edit existing names of the different cost centre structures.
