Known issue (resolved): Holiday pay report termination amount differs from amount calculated in termination wizard (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when the Holiday Pay report is printed with no pays open but the last pay processed contained holidays being paid to an employee, the Termination Amount appearing on the Holiday Pay report excludes the value of the Holiday Pay in the calculation for that employee.

Due to the Holiday Pay amount being excluded, the Termination Amount is lower than it should be but when the next pay is created then the Termination Amount corrects itself.

Workaround

When the next pay is created, either a One Off Pay or a Current Pay, then the Termination Amount on the Holiday Pay report shows correctly.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12739571316 has been created for this issue and has been assigned to Product Development. This has been resolved in version 2013.04
