Known issue 2015.03: Pay rate type codes greater than #9 not recognised when importing a file for a pay (Australia)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.03.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when importing a file which contains Pay Rate Types that have a code greater than 9, any lines in the file with these higher code numbers are not imported and the Import Summary report says "Wage type is not valid".

Workaround

Manually enter the pay information for these Pay Rates for each employee into the pay.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 128754495204 for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2016.01.
