Known issue 2017.04: Importing a file with a cost centre specified for deduction but the cost centre isn't being applied (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2017.04.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when an import file contains a deduction with a Cost Centre specified and that file is imported into the Current Pay, the deduction added to the pay uses the employees default Cost Centre rather than the Cost Centre specified in the import file.

Workaround

In the Current Pay, manually adjust the Cost Centre in the deduction for the employee.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 157212727526 for resolution in a future release.
