Known issue 2015.01: Leading zero missing from BSB number creating SAFF file (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed the Superannuation Contributions report output as a SAFF file drops leading zero from BSB number of Super Fund provider's bank.

This applies to both 3-digit sections of the 6-digit BSB number. A file including SMSF (Self Managed Super Funds) might then be rejected by a Superannuation Clearing House.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 126827477577 for resolution in a future release.
