Known issue (resolved): Error 1806 when upgrading standalone EXO Time and Attendance installs (New Zealand)
The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Time and Attendance version 2017.01.
Issue
Support have confirmed that 'Error 1806 SQL Column 'ARCHIVED' is not found' messages occur when doing the upgrade of standalone Exo Time and Attendance installs to version 2017.01.
After using the Continue button to get through the messages to the Login screen, the 'Live' companies do not appear in the list and only the Demonstration Company is showing. If the Demonstration Company is logged into then the error messages occur as well.
Also, clicking on the Registration button then clicking on the History button is bringing up a window for saving a file rather than showing the Product History screen.
Workaround
Contact MYOB Exo Support who can make the necessary changes to stop the errors, the 'Live' companies should reappear in the Login screen and the History button in the Registration screen displays the Product History screen correctly.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 142510571692 for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2017.02.
