Known issue (resolved): Public holiday not adding to gross for holiday pay when using the public holiday loader (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified in an earlier version of the Public Holiday Loader for some clients.


When using the Public Holiday Loader some clients have found the amount s for public holiday have not added to the gross for holiday pay.

The latest Public Holiday Loader has been fixed by Product Development and will ensure this issue is resolved for future pays.

For any Public Holiday pays that have been affected in the last 12 months please contact support to run a script to resolve.


This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 128500732476 and has been resolved.
