Known issue (resolved): Days paid for holiday pay not importing from MyStaffInfo timesheets to Payroll for employees on permanent part time method (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2012.03.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when an import of Timesheets is done from MyStaffInfo, if an employee has a "Days Paid for Holiday Pay" line in the Timesheet, they are setup for Permanent Part Time method for Holiday Pay accrual and the Pay Period Valuation method in Leave Management Setup is ticked then the Days Paid figure will not be imported to the pay.

Workaround

Manually adjust the Days Paid figure in the pay being processed for the affected employees.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12505532506 has been created for this issue. Resolved in version 2013.02.
