Known issue 2016.03: Notes duplicated on notes report due to similar note types
The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Health and Safety version 2016.03.
Issue
Support have confirmed that notes appearing correctly in the employee record can appear duplicated on the Notes report.
This is due to having similar Note Types setup in the system such as 'T' and 'TR'.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 139048431134 for resolution in a future release.
