Known issue 2017.04: Unable to access employees in an archived company
The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Employer Services software for both the Australian and New Zealand version 2017.04.
Issue
Support have confirmed that in the Exo Employee Information and Exo Time and Attendance modules, when a company has been archived using the 'Archive Company' option in the File menu the employee details cannot be accessed through the Edit Employee button on the Toolbar or through the Open Employee option in the File menu.
Workaround
Run reports to get the details or use the 'Unarchive Company' option to make the company active then once the details have been checked the company can be archived again.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 152211112960 for resolution in a future release.
