Known issue (resolved): Report run calendar errors (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed when a Report Run is being actioned, if you attempt to select the date range via the drop down calendar button it errors with error 1881.

Workaround

Enter the date range manually.

Resolution

Service Management Record # 12550869159 has been created for this issue. Resolved in version 2013.02.
