Known issue: Payslips on the MyStaffInfo website cannot be opened in Internet Explorer 8 64-bit versions

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo MyStaffInfo and Internet Explorer 8 64-bit version.

Issue

Support can confirm that error messages occur when accessing Payslip PDF files on the website and the files cannot be opened when staff utilise the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer 8.

Resolution

Advise the staff to change their default browser to the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 8 rather than the 64-bit version. Other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox work fine as well.

The issue is also linked to a Microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323308 and if this is found to be not the problem then a registry change will be required by your IT team to turn off the non-cacheable flag.
