Known issue 2015.03 (resolved): Employee superannuation deductions setup as fixed dollar amount show on a custom payslip with a rate % (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.03.

Issue

Support have confirmed that an Employee Superannuation Deduction that has the Calculation Method set to Fixed Dollar Amount appears on the Custom Payslip with a Rate %.

This is due to an amount having been entered in the Superannuation Maintenance screen for that deduction.

Workaround

Remove the amount from the Amount field in the Superannuation Maintenance screen.

For any employees that are using the deduction, go to each employee's Standard Pay and Current Pay (if there is an open Current Pay) and delete the deduction. Add the deduction back into the pays, entering the amount for that employee.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 131884025139 for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2016.01.
