Known issue 2014.04 (resolved): Contact Details tab in Employee Information populates the residential address details incorrectly when new employee added in EXO Payroll (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2014.04.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when a new employee is added in Exo Payroll, the address details for the employee in Exo Payroll are incorrectly populating the Residential Address details in the Contact Details tab of the employee in Employee Information. 

Workaround

Manually clear or update the details from the Residential Address fields; OR

Add the employee in Exo Payroll but with no Address details, save the employee record then edit the employee record and add the Address details.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 115067209212. Resolved in version 2015.01.
