Known issue 2016.02: Pay summary report with "Show Details" option ticked not printing some items due to duplicate names (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Payroll for Australian version 2016.02.

Issue

Support have confirmed that the Pay Summary report when using the "Show Details" option may not print some items due to having duplicate names, even if the items should appear in different areas on the report such as Taxable and Non-Taxable Allowances.

The amounts for the items not being printed are being included in the amounts of the duplicate items that are being printed so the report does not show the correct Totals for each area.

When the report is printed in Summary format then the details appear correctly. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 134445041187 for resolution in a future release.
