Known issue 2015.01 (resolved): "Error 107" message occurring when running the IR345 report due to incorrect date range (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that an "Error 107" can occur when printing the IR345 report due to having an incorrect date entered in the Date range, e.g. the "To" field should have "31/03/2015" entered but actually has "31/03/0215" entered.

Workaround

Correct the dates being used then rerun the report.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 114733429782 for resolution in a future release and has been resolved in version 2015.02.
