Known issue 2013.05: MyStaffInfo compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 11

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Employer Services version 2013.05 and applies to AU and NZ Payroll.


Support has confirmed that there are some compatibility issues with the MyStaffInfo interface when utilising Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) as your browser.

Specifically the highlighted area as per the diagram below will not display correctly in IE 11.



Add the MyStaffInfo website to your compatibility list in Internet Explorer.
(Tools > Compatibility View Settings)
