Known issue 2010.03: EXO Employee Information report writer only showing the header (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in the Exo Employee Information NZ version 2010.03 onwards.


An employee can have Training items assigned to them. These items appear in the Training button that can be found on the "Other" tab of Employee Maintenance. In each of these assigned Training items there are User Defined fields.

When reporting on these User Defined fields through the Employee Information Report Writer, the Character detail fields do not appear on the report when only the heading of the field has been selected.


In the Report Writer report, select the data field as well as the heading field.
