Known issue 2015.01: Start date changing to incorrect date when creating pays for a bi-monthly frequency (Australia)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.
Issue
Support has confirmed that the Pay Period Start Date can change to a different date than what is specified when creating the pays for the Bi-Monthly frequency.
Example: The Pay Period Start Date has 01/08/2015 entered but when the Pay is created the Pay Period Start Date is now showing 31/07/2015.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 119989574281 for resolution in a future release.
