Known issue (resolved): Error 1925 "Unknown member LBLTOTALNOTE" (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Payroll AU version 2012.01.

Issue

When accessing annual leave in Exo Payroll Australian version 2012.01 the user may receive a red screen with Error 1925 -Unknown member LBLTOTALNOTE

Payroll is upgraded to version 2012.01. When the user tries to process Annual Leave in a pay, they are getting an error 1925 Unknown member LBLTOTALNOTE when they click on the Annual Leave button.

Workaround

Ignoring the error will allow the user to continue.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12078481336 has been created and is currently under review with our Product Development Team. Issue is resolved in version 2012.02
