Known issue: Lieu time entered in timesheets in MyStaffInfo imported incorrected into EXO Payroll (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo MyStaffInfo.

Issue

Following the upgrade of the MyStaffInfo website to version 2015.01 and using the 2014.02 (or earlier) version of the MyStaffInfo Console, when Lieu Time is entered in Timesheets and then imported to Exo Payroll the figures appear in the opposite Lieu Time field, i.e. amount entered in the Reduce field in the Timesheet screen appears in the Hours Worked field in the Current Pay in Exo Payroll.

Workaround

Manually adjust the Lieu Time figures in the Current Pay. Any clients processing large amounts of Lieu Time can download the attached file.

Resolution

This issue is being resolved in the next version of the MyStaffInfo Console which is yet to be released.
