Known issue: Multiple payslips uploaded to MyStaffInfo but only one is visible

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll 2016.03 and Australian release of Exo Payroll 2016.03, together with MyStaffInfo Management Console version 2016.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when selecting multiple Payslips for upload from Exo Payroll to an employee at the MyStaffInfo website, only one payslip will be visible at the site.

Reports allow selecting multiple payslips, and the payroll user and employee might receive indications they have all been sent. However, the "MyStaffInfo" destination is not able to upload more than one payslip per employee.

Workaround

Multiple payslips can be uploaded singly - must manually edit name to be unique for each payslip.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 140465605185.
