Known issue 2016.01 (resolved): "Error 39 Numeric Overflow" message occurring when adding a new incident (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Health & Safety version 2016.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when adding a new Incident, an 'Error 39 Numeric Overflow' message may occur.

The error is caused by the details in a field in the table being larger than the field was designed for. 

Workaround

Clicking on Continue whenever the error occurs will allow the Incident to be added. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 131629839334 and resolved in version 2016.03.
