Known issue (resolved): IR345 "Excel Export" does not include SLCIR or SLBOR amounts (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll 2017.03.

Issue

Support has confirmed the IR345 "Excel Export" output option does not include SLCIR or SLBOR amounts. This can result in a lower "Student Loan" total than shows (and is correct) when using the Printer, Screen, PDF, and CSV options.

Workaround

Use any of the Output Options except "Excel Export".

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 144569499722. Resolved in version 2017.04.
