Known issue 2017.04: Rostered days off hourly rate and accrued dollar value showing incorrectly in reports (Australia)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll 2017.04.
Issue
Support has confirmed the "Rostered Days Off Balances" and "Leave Balances" report can show incorrect dollar values for employees with an unusual combination of settings.
Workaround
This only affects employees where RDO Valuation is set to "an average" (via Employee Maintenance "Other" tab) and no "Ordinary hours" total exists in their Standard Pay. If no employees have this combination of settings, reports work correctly.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 147280461750.
