Known issue 2015.01: Superannuation summary report displays member IDs incorrectly if an employee has multiple funds (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that the Superannuation Summary report might not always display the expected Fund Member ID.

Australian employees can contribute to more than one Superannuation Fund. They will have a different Member Number in each fund, and this is added to the payroll superannuation item.

The Superannuation Summary report lists contributions per employee for the selected pay or date-range.

Where "Employee Membership Number" is displayed, one fund's number is used across all funds that employee might have, showing incorrect numbers for additional funds.

The "Superannuation Transfer" and "Superannuation Contributions" reports show correct employee references per fund. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 125336401378 for resolution in a future release.
