Known issue 2017.04: Unpaid leave not appearing on payslips when earnings under SGC threshold (Australia)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the Australia version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when Unpaid Leave is processed in a Current Pay, if the earnings of the pay are under the monthly threshold specified in the Superannuation SGC item then the Unpaid Leave does not appear on the older Payslip reports.

Once the earnings figures for the month, including the Current Pay being processed, have reached the Superannuation SGC threshold figure then the older Payslip reports show the Unpaid Leave details.

Workaround

Use the Custom Payslip report.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 153897078532 for resolution in a future release.
