Known issue 2016.01: Amount Variance total might not display on direct credit schedule

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll 2015.03 and New Zealand release of Exo Payroll 2016.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that with Direct Credit Schedule Report run in Portrait mode, the Amount Variance "total" displays as ****.** if value is greater than $9,999.99.

This affects display only - figures calculate correctly.

For the Australian version, the same report run in Landscape mode will display up to $999,999.99.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 131002509077 for resolution in a future release.
