Known issue 2015.03: Pays posted to EXO Business stay on picklist in certain circumstances (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll 2015.03.

Issue

Support has confirmed that "Correction" pays can remain visible on the "Post General Ledger Information to MYOB Exo Business" picklist even though successfully posted.

This happens when the pay has no dollar value, no apparent impact on General Ledger, and is posted using Summary format with "Hide WorkCover" and "Hide Leave accrual" options enabled.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 132217611440 for resolution in a future release.
