Known issue (resolved): Error 1: "File isaglpc.prg does not exist" (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed after upgrading Exo Employer Services to version 2013.01, the 'Error 1 file isaglpc.prg does not exist' message can be encountered when logging in to an installed company. 

Workaround

Ignore the error until it is gone. 

Resolution

Service Management Record 12607303347 has been created for this issue. Resolved in version 2013.02.
