Known issue 2015.03: Superannuation summary report overstating employees earnings figures if employee has changed funds (Australia)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.03.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when an employee changes Superannuation funds, if the Superannuation Summary report has the Sort Order 1 set to 'Super Provider' and is run for a date range that covers the change of funds, the Earnings figures showing for the employee in each of the funds reflects the total earnings figure for the period being reported on.

This can cause the employee's Earnings figures to be overstated in the report but the contribution figures appearing in each fund will be correct.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 128841390657 for resolution in a future release.
