Known issue 2014.02 (resolved): Superannuation item changes to fringe benefit when adding a new non-cash benefit (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Payroll version 2014.02 for Australia.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when adding a new Non-Cash Benefit, one of the Superannuation items reverts to being a Fringe Benefit so it is now appearing in the Non-Cash Benefits screen instead of the Superannuation screen.

This is occurring after the Add:F4 button on the Find:F9 picklist screen in the Non-Cash Benefits maintenance screen has been clicked.

Workaround

When adding a new Non-Cash Benefit, do not click on the Add:F4 button in the Find:F9 picklist screen. Instead, enter a new code in the Code field on the Non-Cash Benefits maintenance screen to create the new Non-Cash Benefit.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Development via parent ticket 110002040386 and has been resolved in version 2014.04
