Known issue (resolved): OLE error when uploading individual non-business report to MyStaffInfo (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the Australian release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01 and 2013.02.

Issue

Support have confirmed that in the Exo ES version 2013.01 and 2013.02, an OLE error will appear when attempting to upload the Individual Non-Business report or Payslip report to MyStaffInfo if the installation of these versions is on a new computer.

The issue is that an older file called cdintf210.dll is referenced in the upload process of the these reports. All other options for these reports will work correctly, including printing the reports to PDF.

Workaround

Copy the cdintf210.dll file attached to this article into the appropriate Windows folder.

For 64bit systems copy the files into the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder. Once the file has been copied into the relevant windows folder register the DLL file e.g. run the command 'regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cdintf210.dll'.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12885601617 has been created for this issue and has been assigned to Product Development to be resolved in a future release - Resolved.
