Known issue 2015.03: Error 1683 when clicking on the "Employee List" button (Australia)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.03.


Support have confirmed that when clicking on the 'Employee List' button on the Toolbar an Error 1683 message can occur.

Running a File Reindex should fix this error but if the error continues then contact the client's relevant Business Partner. Direct clients with a support plan can contact MYOB Exo Support. Otherwise contact MYOB Exo Professional Services for chargeable assistance. 


This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 128576207446 for resolution in a future release.
